Our Achievements
This is a list of the achievements of our members since the inception of B4ND:
We have created links with the Neurodevelopmental Special Interest Group (SIG) at the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych).
We have developed a Special Interest group within the RCGP.
We are working with Deaneries on the recognition of and support for neurodivergent doctors
We are working on the development of a credential in neurodiversity
We have developed educational resources for the RCGP and other providers.
We have registered with the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as a stakeholder group.
We have developed a General Practitioner with extended roles (GPwER) framework in ADHD that has been approved by the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP).
We have proposed a motion about resources for primary care in this field at the 2023 England Local Medical Committees (LMC) conference - it was overwhelmingly supported and carried on a vote. (see page 9, motion 5)
